Villa greco
Villa Greco is a spacious house featuring traditional high ceilings known as “volte a stelle.” The house itself measures approximately 98 square meters. It is located in the heart of Nardò, Apulia.
The entire house has been renovated to a high modern standard. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and for the cooler autumn and winter days, there is also a cozy wood-burning stove. The baroque old town of Nardò can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. The nearest beaches are just a 15-minute drive away.
The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms is a walk-through room; however, the rear bedroom has its own private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a desk as well as a wardrobe or clothes rail for storage.
In addition to the two large terraces, the beautiful garden offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy shaded areas. You will find pomegranate trees, a lemon tree, a blood orange tree, various chili plants, herbs, and much more.
There is also a wonderful outdoor shower in the garden, as well as an outdoor kitchen located on the terrace. A washing machine is available in the outdoor kitchen.
